My Esalen-style meditative touch features long, flowing strokes from head to toe, reminiscent of a four-handed massage. This technique deepens the connection between therapist and client, creating a sensation of our skins merging. It's a deeply relaxing full-body approach, using my hands, forearms, shoulders, and knees to enhance the therapeutic connection.

The intention of sports massage is to either prepare the muscles for or repair the muscles from sport and workouts. Specialized techniques like Myofascial release (MFR) and Active Release (ART) improves flexibility and mobility, and helps heal injuries. We may include stretching, with my intention to help you feel better with each session tailored to your body’s specific needs.
